Woodwaste Heaters

Woodworking Machinery – Woodwaste Heaters

Ideal for heating large workshop and factory spaces with wood logs and secondary wood waste.

  • The powerful-shredder AZR 60 Primus, with its wide range of applications, can be shred many different wood materials such as softwood, chipboard, as well as paper and cardboard.
A special feature of the series AZR 60 Primus is the low noise and power consumption associated with low rotor speed.
The material is feeded to the hopper and crushed between the rotor blades and the fixed counter knife into chips. The chip size is determined by the screen perforation size.
The PLC control switches off the machine automatically when the hopper is empty. The produced chips will be held for example by a screw conveyor from the machine and sent for thermal recovery. By bulky materials an enormous volume reduction is achieved.
    - High output
    - Easy to use and very reliable
    - Compact, rugged steel construction
    - Easy maintenance
    - Low operating costs
  • Ideal for heating large workshop and factory spaces with wood logs and secondary wood waste. Heat output of the F120 is 120,000 Kcal/h, (140kW. Construction The horizontal stainless steel combustion chamber has purpose designed reinforcing ribs for extended life. The frame is constructed from painted profile steel, with zinc plated outer side panels. The loading door and ash removal door are both refractory lined steel. The gate system has steel cross members enabling easy maintenance. Hot Air Distribution The air side centrifugal fan is low speed with anti-vibration mountings designed to reduce noise. Fan automatically operates on temperture. Fitted as standard with top rotational directional vent tubes. Hot air ducts can be added to transfer heat to multiple locations. Chimney Operation For use with natural draught chimneys. Chimney requires suitable height for the appliance to operate, normally a minimum of 5 metres and terminate out of any potential down draught zone. • High-Tech welcome the forthcoming introduction of The Support Scheme for Renewable Heat (SSRH) in Ireland. This subsidy scheme will reward businesses in Ireland who install Talbott biomass heating systems. The Talbotts ‘MWE’ Modern Wood Energy range as standard incorporate automatic de-ash, heat exchange cleaning, oxygen trim ‘lambda control’, all to ensure efficient, clean and complete combustion. There are four sizes available in the range rated at 199kW, 300kW, 600kW and 999kW with larger sizes expected to be available soon. All of these units are boiler based and eligible for the Governments renewable heat incentive scheme where they have SSRH emissions certification. They are designed to use such biomass fuels as: Wood Pellets Wood Chips MDF Chipboard Hardwood Softwoods
