The Variomat – Provides an excellent solution for the processing of linear mouldings – solid timber end matched flooring – wooden windows – solid timber doors – general joinery – kitchen doors – angled end profiled components all in one quick to set machine.

 

 

Looking into the “Variomat’s versatility”

 

The Variomat is the only “all round” Machine in the world today that can combine the many requirements of a typical joinery workshop.  It can handle from 4 sided planning to the most complex profiling work, and has the facility to take care of all tenoning and end matching in one machine.  The Variomat is as flexible as your company needs it to be, as modules can be retrofitted at a later time.

 

Equipped with the unique Weinig Memory System, CNC positioning, Multifunction tenoning table and Powerlock tooling, window and door systems are easily reproduced.  These window systems need programming into the memory only once, and then can be reproduced quickly to the most accurate dimensions and finest quality.  The Variomat also copes with short components safely.

 

If your company has the requirements to make 1-10 bespoke windows or doors per day (including the frames and timber preparation time) then installing a Variomat must be a serious consideration.
